The Christmas Gift and Craft Show is organised by Anna Brim of Aloha Photography and Caroline Smith of Crafty Mo to raise money and awareness of the Papworth Trust.
What is / who are the Papworth Trust?
The Papworth Trust helps over 17,000 disabled people every year in the UK by providing a wide range of services covering employment, vocational rehabilitation, housing and community support. As a registered Charity, the Trust has over 90 years’ experience of championing equality, providing choice and promoting independence for disabled people.

How will we make money for the Trust?
We will make money for the Trust by charging stall holders for a stand.
Holding a tombola on the day with kind donations from stall holders and local businesses
Entry will be FREE for visitors to encourage entry, however we will have donation tubs
Other ideas are in the pipeline which include festive treats and entertainment. Full details of this will be on our website.

Various stalls offering unique crafts and gifts.

We will be implementing a marketing plan as follows:

How much will it cost to have a stall?
4ft table = £16. Please make us aware of table quantity required on your booking form as you may purchase more than one (subject to availability). 4ft may sound small but they are larger than you think – there is plenty of room for most stall holders.
.We would also be most grateful if you could donate a prize relevant to your business to the tombola.
The benefits of donating a tombola prize – you can market your product to a customer base who may not have otherwise have purchased your product!
